ASCEND FOUNDATION

Established in 2023, the Ascend Foundation is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization. We are dedicated to supporting seniors and their caregivers with the resources and support they need to age in place.

The adult day care offers socialization, mental and physical stimulation and nutritional support through the child and adult care food program. It's simply a daily caregiver relief program with a twist.

The Ascend Foundation was established to offset the cost of communal services that are not available to those seniors who fall within the healthcare gap..

SCHOLARSHIPS

Transportation services are available to anyone, but at a cost. Your donations will offset a ride for disabled persons, those without familial support and those who can no longer drive.

TRANSPORTATION

Older adults living in rural areas are challenged most with their finances, transportation and social/family support. We are here to fill the gap and subsidize as many resources as possible.

WHAT WE DO

Volunteer

Volunteers assist with facilitating activities, attending off-site trips and engaging with the participants at the adult day care. Volunteers can also support in transporting participants and other seniors to medical appointments and to run errands (driving history requirements are applicable).
